Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Ivnoworks ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit ivnoworks.com (the "Site"). We've written this in plain language so it's easy to read.

Ivnoworks is an independent software studio operating under the brand name "Ivnoworks." We are the data controller for personal data collected through this Site.

/ 02What we collect, and why
We collect personal data only when you give it to us, or when standard web technologies require it. Here's everything we collect and why:
a) Contact form submissions
When you fill out our contact form, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- The message you write
- The form type you select (Contact or Support)
We use this only to respond to your message. We do not add you to a marketing list. We do not share or sell this information.
b) Spam protection (hCaptcha)
Our contact form uses hCaptcha to prevent automated spam. hCaptcha may collect technical data (IP address, browser information, and behavioral signals) to detect bots. This data is processed by Intuition Machines, Inc. (the operator of hCaptcha). See hCaptcha's privacy policy.
c) Analytics (Firebase / Google Analytics)
If you accept analytics cookies via our consent banner, we use Firebase Analytics (provided by Google) to understand how visitors use our Site. This may include pages viewed, approximate location (country/city level), device type, and referral source. Google may use this data per Google's privacy policy.
d) Web fonts (Google Fonts)
Our Site loads fonts from fonts.googleapis.com. When your browser requests a font, Google receives your IP address as part of the standard HTTP request. Google states it does not use Google Fonts traffic to track or profile users.
e) Server logs
Our hosting provider (Firebase Hosting, by Google) automatically logs technical data on every request: IP address, browser type, request timestamp, and the page requested. These logs are kept for security and troubleshooting purposes.
/ 03What we do NOT do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not share your data with advertisers.
- We do not use your data to train AI models.
- We do not send marketing emails (we don't operate a newsletter).
- We do not place advertising cookies.
- We do not use cross-site tracking pixels.
/ 04Cookies and similar technologies
Our Site uses the following cookies:

You can reject optional cookies. When you first visit, a banner asks you to accept or reject analytics. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in our footer.
/ 05Third parties who process data on our behalf
When you use the Site, the following providers may process your data:
- Web3Forms (form delivery): receives your contact-form submissions and forwards them to our email. See Web3Forms privacy policy.
- Intuition Machines, Inc. (hCaptcha): spam protection.
- Google LLC (Firebase Hosting, Firebase Analytics, Google Fonts): hosting, optional analytics, and fonts.
These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and applicable data protection law.
/ 06International data transfers
Some of our providers (Google, Web3Forms, Intuition Machines) are based in the United States or process data globally. Where applicable, transfers from the EU/UK rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other recognized safeguards under GDPR Articles 44–49.
/ 07How long we keep your data
- Contact form submissions: kept in our email inbox for up to 12 months after the conversation ends, then deleted. If a project develops into ongoing work, we may keep the correspondence for the duration of the working relationship plus 12 months.
- Server logs: kept for up to 90 days, then automatically deleted by our hosting provider.
- Analytics data (if you consent): retained per Firebase Analytics defaults (currently 14 months for user-level data).
- Cookie consent record: stored in your browser's localStorage until you clear it.
/ 08Your rights
If you are in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with similar laws, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restrict how we process your data
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Withdraw consent at any time (for cookie-based processing)
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

/ 09Children's privacy
Our Site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a child has submitted personal data to us, please contact us and we will delete it.
/ 10Security
We protect data with standard industry measures: HTTPS encryption in transit, restricted access to inboxes, multi-factor authentication on admin accounts, and reputable third-party providers (Google, hCaptcha, Web3Forms) with their own security programs. No method is 100% secure, but we take this seriously.
/ 11Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices evolve. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. For material changes, we'll post a notice on the Site for 30 days.
